Welcome to the FIRST official Newsletter of 2008... As you'll know by now - I don't claim to be a tecchy or great at anything I do, but if you want quality content, then you'll get it here in 2008 :) (No reguritated Guru butt-licking or B.S.)

I just want to say thanks to you all who made 2007 and success for me, and quite literally changed mine AND my family's life. I WILL be paying you all back with all new advice, and tools to build your own profitable business on eBay and the internet in general.

Today's newsletter WILL blow you away, and again I must stress that this truly is NO-HYPE, what I have to say may shock you. So without further ado...

Well, call this a backward step, but I am going to give you my life story... the real Ray Johnson behind the online image/brand. Please make SURE you read EVERY word I am about to share with you, as to be honest, it wasn't particularly easy for me to write.

Why am I doing this now, and why didn't I do it as soon as you became a friend of mine? Because I didn't know what your reaction would be. So here goes...

My name is Ray Johnson, I am now 29 years old, I have 4 children, and a beautiful girl...

I certainly have a fantastic life now, and income isn't bad either - some might say I have it all... BUT - not quite...

	"Since the day I arrived in the world, my life has literally been a constant struggle of determination, will power, drive, ambition and achieving goals. Some people actually tell me I have all the credentials of an ultimate businessman..."

I was born in 1978, and was part of a hospital "blunder". The hospital staff didn't spot that my umbilical cord was around my neck, and it actually began to "kill" me.

IT DID. I died for a few moments.

My brain was irreversibly starved of Oxygen, and thus resulted in permanent brain damage - but we didnt even know it at first.

My mum was lifting me out of the bath when I was still very young, and my legs were crossed over - like a pair of scissors. She immediately had this checked out by her G.P. (doctor) and they confirmed the news. My condition being medically termed:

Cerebal Palsy Spastic Quadraplegia

I lost the control of ALL 4 of my limbs, I developed severe chest and breathing problems, (bronchitis and asthma) and was basically useless with not much hope... Soon after this, aged just 18 months old, my father passed away with a brain tumor (cancer) - leaving my mum and sisters to raise me the best they could.

I went to a special school for the disabled for 11 years, with daily physiotheraphy - hours upon hours of it (I hated it :). The physio was to prevent me from "seizing up" and becoming completely useless.

I learned to walk at 6 years old and soon after at the age of 7, I had my first of 3 "Hamstring Release" operations - which doctors hoped would give my legs the potential to move even more. (I had further operations at 9, 11, 14, and 16 years - all to give me a fighting chance of permanent control of my legs).

After months of what seemed like constant exercise, and rehabilitation I had the privelidge of an "in school physiotherapist" all the way from Germany. I would see her for 2 hours daily, and then return to lessons in my wheelchair.

At the age of 11, my Mum was told by my teacher I had "something" - something a little different, unique about me. I was apparently "very different" to the other kids who had similar physical disabilities and my mother was given the option to place me in "mainstream" school - which she did.

In 1997 upon leaving school with 11 GCSE grades, I started my first company "Million-2-One Publishing" a direct marketing company specialising in home business oportunity. This company was fairly successful, making me around £2500 per month from scratch, but I lost it ALL - aged 22, from poor managing of finances and cashflow. (I was naive and tried to do it all myself).

I made mistakes - I made them BIG, and quite literally, they were the best mistakes I EVER made. You see, I became HOMELESS for a number of months - and I lived in my car - I quite literally lived off McDonalds handouts - I used to drive to the "Drive Thru Window" at 11pm and ASK them for food they didn't sell!

Being in this pathetic position reinforced the determination inside me. I think I had basically given up for a while... you see in my young life I had already had quite a lot to deal with, and it took it's toll - I couldn't be "bothered" to fight anymore, if you understand my terminology. Totally selfish of me really...

I plucked up the courage for help, something that I had never done before. My sister took me under her roof, I got "back on my feet" so to speak and I started selling on the internet. I began what is known now as "The Ray Johnson Group".

In just 4 years I have gone on to become Google.com's No.1 Ranked eSeller (from over 52 MILLION competitors). My site has gave my family and I, a comfortable living the time to enjoy each other AND the time for me to help OTHERS to do the same.

Why am I telling you this? Just to re-iterate the point:

	"If I can become a success - then ANYONE can do the same, INCLUDING YOU! You really have no excuse NOT to make success happen. I believe that I have been VERY FORTUNATE to experience the things that I have in my life - because those experiences have given me the tools to become who I am today... "

I am fortunate to have been selected for The Rich Jerk's Coaching Programme (2005), and to currently be in Mike Filsaime's Mentoring Programme (2007). Investments I have made in myself have paid off big-time and I AM confident that thesI listen to the phrases used by Tom Beal (Mike Filsaime's right hand man) he says:

"Identify and Align"

What this means is that in order to attract success, you need to firstly:

• 1. Identify where the success IS (in many different forms)
• 2. Align or "position" yourself to attract some of this success.

Pretty simple huh? If you surround yourself with the average Joe - then you'll get average Joe results... So the moral of my story is as I said earlier - I have ALL of the qualities required to succeed - in ABUNDANCE...

All I ask is that you ALLOW me to HELP YOU succeed. Align with me and we'll move forward together.

So, you can see I am very busy I am setting up systems to achieve these goals as we speak. Other marketers will simply cash in my creating products and sell you the "story".

I want to ENSURE that I am here for the LONG TERM by setting up the fundementals first, to provide you with the support and advice you need in years to come. (Though hopefully I'll be taking a back seat a little more often then!)
